Mercy teaching hospital is a registered charitable hospital with the Health Regulatory Authority Peshawar. The aim of this hospital is to provide healthcare services to the needy and poor patients. This hospital is also a major teaching organization in association with the Peshawar Medical College.
Mercy teaching hospital provides a wide range of healthcare services to the patients. Mercy Teaching Hospital was established in the year 1984. The hospital went through different stages of development and progress. The hospital achieved the status of teaching hospital in the year 2006 with association of Peshawar Medical College Peshawar.
Mercy teaching hospital is comprised of 250 beds, provides a range of healthcare services in the fields of Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynae & Obstetrics, Paediatrics, ENT, Dermatology, Urology, Ophthalmology etc.

We have well equipped operation theaters with the qualified and trained OT and anesthesia staff.
Our hospital has a standard clinical laboratory supervised by qualified and experienced Pathologist. Radiology, Ultra sound, vaccination and pharmacy facilities are also available in the premises.
Mercy teaching Hospital has 24 hours Emergency Department with professionally trained and qualified staff to serve the emergency patients.
Presently the Hospital is a reorganized Institute for House job training and post-graduate training in the discipline of Medicines and Surgery. The hospital intends to start postgraduate training in other discipline in the near future.
